Asian Bowtie Pasta

I'm a big fan of pasta and I am always looking for new recipes that use pasta.  I found this delicious looking pasta on Pinterest, naturally.  I made it on a weeknight and it was very quick to make.  Bonus!!! It's made with a rotisserie chicken!!!  Always a plus in my book because they're already cooked for you and they taste SO SO yummy. Here's the recipe:

Asian Bowtie (Or Whatever Pasta You Have) Pasta
1 lb Pasta
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1/4 cup plus 1 T Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sesame Oil
1/4 cup plus 1 T Honey
3 T Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Red Peppers
1 cup Scallions (I left these out)
2-3 cups Rotisserie Chicken, diced
3 T Sesame Seeds
3 cups Baby Spinach
1/4 cup Cilantro, opt.
2 T Red Pepper Flakes, opt.

Boil and cook pasta according to directions.  Drain pasta, set aside.  (While pasta is cooking, measure out the rest of your ingredients to help the rest of the process go quickly)

Return pasta pot to stove... YES! It's a one pot meal :)  Add oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and vinegar.  Heat over low until honey is dissolved.  Remove from heat and toss with the pasta.  Add peppers, chicken scallions, sesame seeds, spinach, and options ingredients.  Toss well to coat.  Eat this chilled or warm... it's delicious both ways!
