I will just say straight out that these are REALLY good. But let's be honest... making a cheeseburger on a grill is so much easier and less time consuming. Chris and I decided next time we want a cheeseburger in a wrap that we will just grill it, then cut it up to fit into a wrap. So much easier, though these are quite tasty! I will say though, I liked the wrap a lot because I'm not a huge fan of a lot of bread. Anyway, here you go :)
Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps
1 lb Ground Beef
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 T Ketchup
1 tsp Dried Minced Onion
Pepper and Salt to taste
Tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Sliced Tomato
Yellow Mustard
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain. Add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dried onion, salt and pepper letting the beef simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese down center of each tortilla. Add a few heaping tablespoons of the beef mixture on top of the cheese. Spread some mustard (if you want on top of the beef along with some slices of tomato. Roll up tortilla burrito style and place wraps on preheated grill (I used a griddler). Grill for about 5 minutes, Enjoy!
