Easy Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches

Looking for an easy and quick meal to cook up on a school night??  I made these the other night when we had friends over.  Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches take little prep time and are quite tasty :)
 

Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches
Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
Swiss Cheese, sliced
Pineapple, sliced (fresh is the best)
1/4 Red Onion, sliced *BEWARE!!  It makes you cry when you slice the onion!*
Hamburger Buns

Start by tenderizing your chicken breasts and making them thin.  Place them in a ziplock bag with teriyaki sauce 1-4 hours prior to cooking.  Let marinate in the fridge.

When ready, grill the chicken on medium-high heat.  About 7-8 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the middle.  Add cheese to the top of the chicken with about a minute left, allow to melt.  With about 10 minutes left of grilling, add pineapple to the grill.  Flipping every 3-4 minutes.  

On hamburger bun place chicken, onion and pineapple.  Enjoy! :)  Delicious with a side of green beans and mac & cheese!
